  • Order and account details: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order contents.
  • Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment providers (Paymob). We do not store full card numbers. For bank transfers via InstaPay, we keep the transfer proof you upload so we can verify your payment.
  • Comments and reviews: the name, email, website, comment text, IP address, and browser user agent, used to display comments and detect spam.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and security logs, collected by our security plugin and hosting provider to protect the site.

How we use your information

  • To process, deliver, and support your orders, including refunds and returns.
  • To send order updates and respond to your messages.
  • To send newsletters, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud, spam, and security threats.

Cookies

How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet accounting and legal obligations. Comments are kept until deleted by you or us. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
