Shipping partners

We deliver across Egypt with partners such as Aramex and DHL. Once your order ships, we will send you the carrier name and tracking number.

Order statuses

• Processing: we have received your order and are preparing it.
• Shipped: your order has left our warehouse, and you will receive the tracking number.
• Delivered: your order has reached the delivery address you provided.
• Cancelled or refunded: the order was cancelled, or a refund has been issued. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
